so today i went on a game website, this website consisted of many different genres of games. This site was really cool.

today in class, we viewed different gaming websites. http://www.classtools.net/ was the first one i went to visit. this website allowed me to create a fake facebook, twitter, random name and arcade game generator, I wan't to impressed with this website. This is a picture of a count down timer i created from this website.

The next site i went to was http://superteachertools.com/. i was impressed with this site i got to create my own hangman, how ever, I couldn't take a picture because of the way the game was set up. this site is like classtools.com, you get to create games and such but i believe its much better.

the LIVESTRONG fitness tip of the day gives viewers a different tip each day, the tip is a work out you can do, pushups, sit ups,etc etc etc.....
the WIKIPEDIA search gadget allow you to a quick and easy access to wikipedia searching.
the WEATHER gadget is a way to view what the weather is going to be like throughout the week, it is really good for people like me who ride motorcycles, don't want to ride in rainy weather, it's no good.

Found on google, google maps allows you to search the globe from your neighbors house to a street in moscow. It has unique skills that you can use, including a first person satellite image of any city or town. Google maps is a really neat feature that allows you to view the world.

Ok. Today I'm blogging about google drive. Yes, I know that I posted something about google drive the other day, however, today I'm talking about google drive on the ipad. The basic rules that are applied on the website is the same as the on the ipad. There are some differences though, in order to share something with others you 1st have to create a document, presentation etc etc etc.... then after you have created it, tap the circled arrow and then you type the email address of the person you want to send it to, and VOILA! you are done.

What is google drive? google drive is another gift that google provides, it allows people to create drawings, presentations, and other stuff. It also allows for you to share it with other people.

Silly Rabbit tricks are for google

One of the neat tricks i found out that google can do is called the "google sphere" it rotates the links, pictures, websites around the google text box.

Another one i found was the "google barrel roll" it makes the screen do a barrel roll.

an the last one i found is recursion, it won't let you off the page.

Ok, for this assignment i had to find 10-15 add ons and try them out. here is a list of the add ons i discovered(all were found on http://addons.mozilla.org):

firebomb-this add on allows the person to "blow the screen up" when you click with the mouse, the place that was clicked becomes engulfed in a digital explosion.

book discovery: the add on helps people find a certain book they are looking for.

personas- this add on helps people to change their firefox persona

weather watcher- the add on helps a person check on the weather in a quick and easy way.

ebay sidebar- this add on is a quick and easy way to search and buy thing from ebay with out the hassle of typing and signing in to your ebay account.

play drums- this add on is kind of pointless, but for those who like music this add on turns the keys on the key board into a drum set.

free games- this add on, lets you play free games......... what's not to like

puzzle- this add on, when you click on an image, turns it into a puzzle piece.

solitaire- allows you to play solitaire

The next thing we did in class was creating a back ground. The main website we visited cutestblogontheblock.com. Now most of the backgrounds on the website are pretty feminine, but there are different categories.

During this class period, I got familiar with using the Firefox persona. The persona of my choice was the Bless our soldiers by Madonna. It can be found at getpersona.com

This here is my feegit, a Feegit is a tool created so that a blogger can who came to see your blog, it also has a really neat feature that allows a blogger to see where, and how the viewer found their blog. This benefits the blogger by letting them know where others are viewing their blog from.

This picture is a Favicon picture that I have created. At favicon.cc/ you can create your own favorite icon (favicon) or you can download a picture from the internet and use that instead, or you can use a icon already created by someone else. My icon is called "Combat", if you could not tell the picture is a first person view of a scoped rifle zeroed in on a target in a mock combat city although the graphics are very poor and blocky, I am quite proud of my self for creating this. (note: the four yellow squares that look like a upside down check mark, those are shell casings.)

This gadget was created to be viewed by people who are viewing blogs, it is supposed to make people laugh with quirky jokes, however, some jokes are corney, and second rated.

Yo mamma..........................................need i say more? But no, seriously this gadget ( though not posted on my blog) is the Yo Mamma Joke of the Day gadget, it is, as viewed in the image above, a gadget that posts.......yo mamma jokes, simple as that.

As you can see, bloggers, who have visited my blog, have viewed it mostly from a Safari webpage  than a Firefox. and the operating system that was mostly in use at the time was a macintosh computer.
